However, you are not required to become an athlete. One of the greatest and probably the easiest exercises is walking. Giving 10 minutes of your day to walking counts as a kind of exercising. Try starting with some simple things you’ll do on a daily basis, such as parking your car farther from the place you are visiting–in this you will make extra steps. Instead of the elevator,take the stairs. If for instance, you go by bus or a taxi, then get off one stop earlier and go by foot the rest. Get out at lunch to walk. Also, you can walk with your partner,friend or even colleague after work. This will help reducing stress and you will feel much relieved, as well.
2. Include healthy diet to your eating habits.
You should stop eating fast food and junk food. Foods that are high in saturated fats, salt, and cholesterol can harm your heart, brain, and overall health. You should avoid it and replace it with foods that are healthy in nature. Instead try eating lots of, vegetables, fruits, fish, nuts, and olive oil, too. This is known as the Mediterranean diet. Also, it is important that you enjoy in all this.
3. Weight loss.
Too much body weight puts your health at great risk. When you take in more calories than you burn, you get fat — it’s that simple. You’ve got to eat less. You’ve got to exercise more.You’ve got to push yourself to make these lifestyle changes — but you’ve got to do it to help avoid serious health problems like heart disease, diabetes, or stroke.
4. Have regular physical exams.
You should tell your doctor about medical history of your family. Learn about personal risk factors to your health, and find the screening tests you need. Women may have mammograms to screen for breast cancer and Pap tests for cervical cancer. Men may have prostate cancer PSA tests. At age 50, people should start routine screening for colorectal cancer it must start earlier if colon cancer runs in your family. Regular diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol tests are also important. Make sure your immunizations are up to date. Depending on your age, you will probably need flu and pneumonia shots.
